Full Service Cleaning
water testing and chemical balancing, net surface, brush walls and steps, scrub tiles, vacuum, empty skimmer baskets, backwash, filter cleaning, inspect equipment
Chemical Only Service
we test the water and add sanitizers to keep your pool chemistry balanced and sparkling
Repairs
pumps, plumbing, seals, filters, timers, automation, heaters, salt systems, pool lights, new equipment install
Other Services
drain and refill, acid wash, leak detection, tile cleaning, and more
Policies
Office hours: Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm
Water levels: Due to insurance liabilities, it is the homeowners responsibility to maintain water levels. Proper level should be
midway to 3/4 up the skimmer basket. We will notify homeowner if water is low.
Rain and wind policy: In the event that rain or heavy winds on the day of service, we will balance chemicals, clean skimmer
baskets and net surfaces. Our next visit back will be full cleaning as normal.
Annual chemical fee: In order to keep your pool sanitized and sparking, there are additional chemicals that will
need to be added annually. These include but are not limited to conditioner, algecide, phosphate remover, and shock.
Pricing for these services will be on your service agreement and will be billed accordingly.
Filter Cleaning: This is essential to maintaining a healthy, clean pool and service will be scheduled ahead of time and
performed in April and October. Pricing will be listed on your service agreement and billed accordingly.
Any neccesary parts that need to be replaced, such as grids, o-rings, etc., are additional.
Salt Systems: If applicable, salt cells will need to be cleaned in an acid solution every 3-6 months to keep working properly.
We can add salt to your system. Either we can supply or you can supply. Pricing will be listed on service agreement.
Vacation and holiday policy: We will take vacation on Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks and may take 2 additional
floating vacation weeks to be arranged in advance. These weeks are made up by the months that have 5 weeks at no added
charge. If the day of service happens to fall on a holiday we will notify you of service either before or after the holiday.
Billing: Invoices are sent out between the 15th and 20th of the month and are due by the 1st of the next month.
